Road Trip to the Country Living Fair!
Join us for a fun, stress-free day trip on Saturday, October 3, 2026! Travel in comfort aboard a Deluxe Motorcoach as we head from our hometown area to the Country Living Fair in Rhinebeck, New York, nestled in the beautiful Hudson Valley. Experience what Country Living magazine calls "the pages of the magazine brought to life!"

Boarding: 6:15–6:30 a.m.

Bus departs promptly: 6:45 a.m. (Early bird gets the worm at this event!)

Bring your coffee and pillow if you're tired, or simply relax and enjoy the company of friends while someone else handles the driving, gas, tolls, and brings us right to the doorstep without having to park far away.
Please note: This trip is recommended for adults and children ages 13 and older.
Your Ticket Includes
- Round-trip travel on a comfortable Deluxe MotorCoach for the 3.5 hour ride.
- Special admission to The Country Living Fair in Rhinebeck, NY. You'll receive a digital ticket with a QR code and receipt after you checkout here.
Your admission includes a full day of:
- Curated shopping featuring vintage finds, antiques, artisan goods, clothing, jewelry, art, skincare, home décor, and more from vendors across the country.
- Live music throughout the day on a stage.
- Inspiring guest speakers and meet-and-greet opportunities.
- Access to creative workshops (registration required for hands-on workshops).
- A wide variety of food trucks and beverage vendors.
- Plenty of creative inspiration, friendly people, and a fun, relaxing atmosphere.
I've attended the Fair twice before, including bringing a sold-out charter bus in 2019, the last time this event was held. It was an incredible day, and I'm so excited it's back! I'll also have a few fun surprises for everyone during our bus ride.
We'll arrive around 10:00 a.m., and you'll have the day to explore at your own pace. Meet back at the bus between 4:15–4:30 p.m. for our 4:45 p.m. departure. I'll provide my cell phone number so you can reach me anytime during the day.
Your Ticket Does Not Include
- Registration fees for optional hands-on workshops. After purchasing your bus ticket, you may register directly through The Country Living Fair website for any workshops you'd like to attend.
- Bus driver gratuity (small cash tips are appreciated at the end of our trip).
- Meals and beverages.
You're welcome to bring snacks, drinks, or a small cooler for your ride. There will also be plenty of delicious food and beverages available for purchase at the Fair. If you want to bring a large cooler, it must be stored underneath the bus and may not be accessible by the driver until we prepare to leave around 4:15 p.m.
Helpful Tips
- Bring friends—the more, the merrier!
- Leave your stress behind and enjoy a carefree day.
- There is plenty of luggage space underneath the bus. Feel free to bring a large suitcase or storage bin (clearly labeled with your name) to safely transport your purchases home. We recommend bringing towels, newspaper, bubble wrap, or other cushioning materials to protect fragile items.
- Our driver will assist with loading and unloading luggage, but you are responsible for packing and protecting your purchases.
- Bring whatever snacks and drinks you'd like for the ride.
- The event is Rain or Shine. Most vendor areas are covered, and early October weather in the Hudson Valley is typically beautiful.
- Wear comfortable shoes and dress appropriately for the weather.
- Bring a reusable shopping bag or tote for smaller purchases.
- Don't wait too long to reserve your seat—this trip is expected to sell out!
Cancellation Policy
All ticket sales are non-refundable.
If you're unable to attend, you may sell or transfer your ticket to someone else up until 10:00 a.m. on Friday, October 2, 2026 (the day before our trip).
To transfer your ticket, you must provide me with the replacement guest's:
- Full name
- Cell phone number
- Email address
This information must be received no later than 10:00 a.m. on October 2 so I can update my passenger list. Unfortunately, I cannot make substitutions on the morning of departure, and the bus cannot be delayed for late arrivals!
If I, Jesse Mayer, must cancel the trip for any reason, all participants will receive a full refund.
