To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Revamp Champ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of our website or purchase of our products.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

FOR EVENTS: By purchasing a ticket to our organized events, you acknowledge and agree that Revamp Champ & September Tomatoes, its organizers, volunteers, and affiliates are not liable for any injury, loss, damage, or expense arising from your attendance. Participation is at your own risk. Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the organizer.
