Orders with taxable items that are shipped to Pennsylvania addresses will insure a 6% sales tax.
Our orders are securely processed by Shopify secure payments. Your information is never sold.
Our return policy is all sales final. We try our very hardest to describe the product in as good of detail as we can. But due to the nature of the vintage/antique/pre-loved products, there may very well be signs of wear, age, etc. That is to be expected from this nature of product and part of the charm. Measurements are provided. It is your responsibility to compare those measurements to what works for your measurements. For clothing, perhaps measuring a garment that you like the fit of and already own and comparing it to our measurements, will help you.
Our brands and logos, Revamp Champ, and September Tomatoes, are our legally registered property and cannot be copied, along with photography from our site of handmade items and people.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Revamp Champ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of our website or purchase of our products.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
By purchasing a ticket or registering for an event hosted by Revamp Champ & September Tomatoes, you acknowledge and agree that attendance is voluntary and at your own risk.
We are not liable for any injury, loss, theft, or damage to persons or property occurring during or in connection with any event. Attendees are responsible for their own safety and the safety of any minors in their care.
We reserve the right to refuse entry, remove attendees, or cancel events at our discretion. In the event of a cancellation by us, your sole remedy shall be a refund of the ticket purchase price.
